The picture above is the real deal. This Shrimp Cocktail, at $10.95 is enough for 2 as a appetizer or a big healthy meal for one. Mexican style technique full of boiled shrimp, the delicious broth from the shrimp used a base. Add cucumber, tomato, celery and other fresh vegetables and you have just exactly what it looks like in the picture. It is delicious and a must order. In addition to the Shrimp Cocktail, they make fresh Guacamole at tableside which is simple fresh and delicious. The tortillas are hand made at a station right by the front door. The Chile Verde is the best in the area and the service is spotless with people who really know what they are doing. Cabo should be much higher rated than it is.

Good food and they make homemade tortillas right on the spot. A nice place to hang out and enjoy Mexican food.

I reviewed Cabo Seafood Grill about 3 years ago and gave it a good review. Our second visit, in July 2013, was less satisfactory. My wife said her Chile Verde was baely passable: the meat was okay but the all-important verde sauce was too vinegary for her. Also she got a shrimp enchilada on the side and said the shrimp tasted frozen, a real disappointment.

My two Tacos al Pastor were pretty good—pork was a little overdone and the characteristic "al pastor" flavors were very light, but still I found the tacos rather enjoyable. The rice was fine and the frijoles, mediocre. The chips that came with the meal were stale and tasteless and the salsa was mild and runny. It is unlikely that we will return.

Anytime i visit a restaurant and its packed with locals, i know the food has got to be great. This seems to be a family run place (kids w family behind the register) and I like to see that.

Easy to find with lots of parking.

Large shrimp salad was PACKED with large shrmps and delicious. The taquitos appetizer was awesome with shredded beef inside. I felt it was a little pricey for Mexican food. Mine came to $23 for just the salad and taquitos...

Bottom line tho,, great tasting food.

Standard Mexican food choices plus a few that you won't normally find. Good, quick service. Good chips and salsa. Fun atmosphere.
