Okay food, lots for food per serving. Dinning room was cold and food was just okay. I like Uncle Pings better just down the road.

their food is really good but it sucks that they aren't open on Monday's. since the ownership changed over to the family siblings, it has become a very dull and rude atmosphere from the staff that works there. if you eat there i would highly recommend that you try the war wonton noodle soup.. yummy!

I grew up eating at "Charley's" place since I was young. We have always liked their food and it was the only one in town. As an adult now and having more to compare to, I find their vegables at times over cooked and menu items are kind of oilier than I prefer.

Years of very good food and friendly service in Oroville and Chico. Great menu because you are not faced with the choice of a huge plate of something or a combo-meal for a bunch of people. Good intermediate choices well prepared and fairly priced.

They have two dishes I really like, Tong-Fong-Low, a mix of chicken, pork, beef and shrimp with veggies over rice and Wor Wonton Soup for cold, rainy days. Sandy, one of the owners with her brother Brian remembers you and what you order but we don't get to see her waitreeing as much anymore.
