No complaints about the room, it was exactly what we were expecting for a quick day trip. The check in experience was fairly disappointing though. I had done the online hojo reservation and already provided my credit card info through that, yet he still had me fill out a form and photo copied both my credit card and drivers license. This is the age of information theft, so I'll probably be calling my credit card soon to have a new card issued just for my protection. On top of all that, he was on his personal cell phone when I went in and proceeded to stay on the phone having his personal conversation for the entire time. Kind of like when you get in a cab and they're on their phone the whole time. You think, I'm paying you for some service here, the least you could do is focus on your customer for a quick 5 minutes.
