Felix's Cafe has been in this location for decades. Their menu has undergone change from nominally French style to authentic Cuban. The service is friendly and professional. The ambience is like a small French cafe, with cozy inside seating as well as outside seating bordering the traffic circl in the middle of Orange. It is a great place to watch the world go by. The food is excellent. Their alternate name is the "House of Paella", so that is a dish to try and all the pork dishes are winners. The one short coming is the wines they offer. If you must have wine, BYOB. We've eaten here since it opened in the '70s. Other restaurants come and go, but Felix's Continental Cafe endures.
