The staff is incredibly nice, we were 45 minutes early and they still let us check in. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, although the weren't many TV channels. The free breakfast is great! The only downside is Ontario is a bit far from the sights in Los Angeles.

Hey smelly fish you’re rude to personally attack someone. I thought the hotel staff was amazing. My stay was great. The room was huge so much room! We had a great stay and I would definitely stay again
Room was dirty upon checking in, they don't seem to vaccum or sweep. They only take out the trash and change toilet paper. The front desk staff was rude, Christine/a? (A fat woman with glasses) and the other woman felt the need to comment on the length of my stay and gossip right in front of me I could hear them talking about me. I feel disgusted with the way they behaved, no professionalism. There was this loud motor-like sound all thru the night, it seems to be coming from the ceiling I think it maybe the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious but appear to be old and not well designed. The interlocking doors don't lock and neither does the door to the bathroom. The room has large windows that don't open. The front door looks old and the frame looks like its going to fall off. They need to invest in remodeling they have wallpaper thats peeling off the walls, broken doors, it's a mess. Do not reccomend. The nicest building is the first one where you check in, the actual room you get sucks. A motel 6 is cleaner than this and it's worth your buck. And this hotel has the audacity to ask for a hundred dollar deposit in case of damages, the room is old and not in decent condition to begin with. The toilet seat slides in and out, the furniture is all scratched up, I could go on and on about how terrible it is. This hotel is a nightmare!
Well I wasn’t headed to the airport was it with the group that check in about midnight the right was reasonable and he gave me a free bottle or breakfast which it should be free anyway I slept great next morning the beverage area is pretty crowded even had to sit at the bar to eat my breakfast
Stayed here before an early flight to avoid LA area rush hour traffic. Was pleased to learn they have a park and fly package that includes 7 nights free parking so I left my car at the hotel. Shuttle service was prompt and courteous. Had to wait about 15 minutes for pick up after calling hotel on my return. Room was fine, had small TV issue that maintenance man fixed after about 15 minute wait.. Well equipped room with sofa, coffee table, desk, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. Would stay again.
Check-in online states 3 PM the counter has a sign stating check-in as 4PM. We arrived at 3:30 and there were three other people waiting as 2 hostesses were on the phone and one stared at a computer. After a time a hostess stated that check-in was not until 4PM and there were no rooms ready. We waited until after 4PM and got checked in. Our room (401) was upstairs with no direct elevator service to the floor only a narrow stair case. The elevator was located outside and it did not go directly to the floor our room was located. Additionally, the elevator was not working. The room was okay, The television in the sitting are was not working, so maintenance was called and fixed by plugging the cord into the outlet in the lamp. Half of the outlet was not working and same for the outlet in the bathroom. The shower curtain was in tatters along the bar and the shower handle was loose and would fall off. We had no housekeeping on Saturday, the maintenance person came up and gave up towels and coffer for the next day. The breakfast each day was good and hot.
