Stayed here for a couple nights while working out of town. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There was a few stray hairs in the bathroom but nothing too terrible. The breakfast was good too. A typical hotel breakfast with a mix of hot and cold items and everything taste good and fresh. It is close to the Ontario Mills mall so there is plenty of options for food close to the hotel. Overall a good hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Have used the park and fly feature of this hotel in the past with good results. However, on our recent stay we were left stranded at the airport for over an hour because they failed to have a shuttle driver available. I was not informed of this until my third call to the hotel to see what was taking so long. When they finally did find someone to drive the van, he was not told where the location for picking up arriving passengers was. After my fourth call to the hotel to let them know we observed him drive past us we next saw him pulling up to the departure curb a few minutes later. I had to walk to the other end of the terminal building to let him know where to pick up my wife and luggage.
My other disappointment with this hotel stay was the quality of housekeeping. I discovered that our bath tub was missing the shower curtain. Also, only one washcloth and hand towel were provided along with two bath towels.

Best Western came through! I had a bad experience with an on-line cheap hotel booking website. Will NEVER use that website again and will go straight to Best Western. Never use Expedia they suck, they lead me to believe that I had a room reserved went to the hotel only to be told that there were no rooms and the hotel SUCKED!
