The room type we've booked was not available. When we asked at least for an extra blanket and sheet, we were given a fitted sheet. It's rather difficult to sleep under the fitted sheet, but we didn't dare to ask for a different one as staff at reception were very unwelcoming. The non-smoking room clearly smelled of smoking. Breakfast was really very-very basic.

I guess the attached photo of the bathroom door sort of sums up our experience. The lock, the hooks and the hairdryer are on the outside of the door and not on the inside. You can't complain that something was missing. Just not exactly guest-friendly, unless you prefer to be locked in the loo from outside.

Only stayed one night. From Front Desk agent at check in through the shuttle ride to the airport the service was exemplary. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a great night sleep. I had an order of Quesadilla's at the bar for a late supper and watched a couple of innings of baseball with Nick the bartender, who was personable and makes a great ginger ale. I was disappointed with breakfast. Choices were ample and I chose bisquits and gravy which was a mistake. Runny flavorless gravy over equally poor bisquits. I gave up on them quickly and got a bowl of cereal. Other than breakfast and the bugs I would heartily recommend this facility. The staff was wonderful and the room, bed, and bath were as well.

We parked right in front of hotel lobby. Someone broke our window and took many of our belongings. Management was less than caring or helpful. When police came they could not review the video tape cause person in charge was not there. We were told to come back the next day. The next day the manager said we could not view the tape without a police request. After some talking the manager agree to view the tape herself. All throughout, there was never a " we are sorry your car was broken into" . In the end, we were told the video did not show any break-in. Unsure the manager even looked at the tape.,

I am sorry that your experience at our hotel parking lot left some negative impressions. In general we would recommend not to leave belongings visible in a car in any city and parking lot.
We always honor all requests from the Ontario Police Department to watch security tapes.
Again I can understand your frustration and I completely understand your negative comment which is more based on the thief then the hotel I assume.

I stayed at the Best Western because I was displaced by the fires in my area. Though I was worried about home, the care and concern of the staff helped make the stress more manageable. The service was outstanding! The food was delicious, and my room was extremely comfortable! Thank you Best Western for such excellent service during a trying time!

It was good but I found 3 dog poops in my room. I then realized that the cleaning staff just ignored them since they where very visible. If they would have walked around they would have seen them. Again they where very visible.
