Description: Fireside Pizza Co. is the brainchild of long time friends Ray Villaman and Ted Kennedy. Ray is a 20 year restaurant veteran including - California Pizza Kitchen, Boston Market, the California Restaurant Association and even a short time as President of Blimpies. Ray also had a ton of help from his Father in Law Rich who remains to this day a vital part of the restaurant management team. You may see the big, smiling fella working with the dough in the back or out front with the guests.Other help came from Mark Wheeler, Scott Kennedy and of course Ray's lovely wife Chris and their two sons Jacob and Nicholas. We hope that you enjoy this family creation - combined with some great investors and friends - all wrapped together to bring you the Fireside Pizza Company. We've won a ton of awards for our fresh, unique pizza - but the best award is still when you tell us or your friends that you had an excellent experience here - thanks so much.Sincerely,Fireside Pizza

“GLAD WE WENT!”
Reviewed August 19, 2013 via mobile

On our way to the Resort at Squaw Creek we found this restaurant in the village as mentioned on TA. Our experience was delightful.

We ordered a small Big Mountain Pizza. Loaded with different types of meat it had four large slices and was hot and delicious and plenty to split between two people.

Our other item split was a new addition to the menu. This terrific pasta dish was Italian Herb Shrimp in a creamy sauce with penne. We ordered it with spaghetti versus the penne and it too was hot and absolutely delicious.

Our server Kellie was very nice and very service oriented.

A couple of Coronas and IPA's and we left completely satisfied with this dining experience.

Don't miss this for a casual atmosphere with top notch food.

“Incredible, and the some.”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

When PlumpJack let us down by not having their advertised menu, but rather dishes with ingredients a fraction of the advertised menu, we ended up at Fireside Pizza and Pasta, and are we glad we did. Amazing pizzas, and the quality holds up even when they get super busy, which they do - believe me. They probably do more dinners than all the other Squaw restaurants combined, and at the peak they are running a pizza through the oven every 10 seconds. They have an amazing kitchen crew, because they stay open all year - and keep their critical staff.
And somehow they have snagged a Super Tuscan wine for $31/bottle and a Chianti Classico at $34.
The servers are genuinely keen to make your visit memorable.

“Excellent pizza!”

Go for the roasted vegetables pizza or the pear and gorgonzola. They are not the type of pizza I can get in my neighborhood!

“Great pizza and location”

I sat out on the patio for lunch and enjoyed the beautiful view up the ski slope. The margarita pizza was tasty and the beer was cold! Good service as well.

“Perfect, imaginative pizza”

.Have the pear and gorgonzola or the fire roasted medley. The pizza is memorable and I assume even the "plain" ones are good, but why waste such an opportunity?
