Contrary to our experience, you would think a restaurant on the California coast, at a marina, called the "Jolly Roger" would have fresh local seafood. Don't make this assumption. The meal was not bad, but nothing we couldn't get at any chain restaurant anywhere in North America. Again, here we are in SoCal and there was a better wine selection in Detroit. Staff was great, and a nice location on the harbour. Keep looking, if you want that with better-than-average food.
