“Lots of history”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

Had breakfast. It was good. Service was good. Sat at an outside table and watched the traffic go by. Be sure to read their history, it has been around for quite a long time. Would go again.

We get that you enjoyed your meal at the Cafe and dined on the Highway doing it. Nothing like being a part of all the people passing by North and South.(all of the untold stories) We want all of our guest to enjoy their experiences here.

“Nice place for a roadside attraction and breakfast”
Reviewed September 27, 2013

Stopped here on a whim when looking for a place to have breakfast for a whim & I'm glad we did. Kitschy building and decor highlight the 101 and their years of existence. Reasonable priced menu items & always quick to fill up your coffee. Cash only establishment with onsite ATM.

“Amazing”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

I came in at a pretty busy time but sat down right away. It took some time to get served but that gave me plenty of time to enjoy the fun decor. The staff was friendly and when the food arrived it was so delicious! I got an omelette. Usually omelettes have the other ingredients mixed in with the eggs but this was more like a burrito with an egg tortilla stuffed with bacon and avocado. Large portions and so yummy. They only take cash and their ATM wasn't working so I recommend bringing cash or stopping by the bank less than a block away. The bathrooms need tokens to get in and there is no "occupied/vacant" warning. Knock before you enter because you can walk right in on someone. I will definitely be going there again for more delicious food and a little Oceanside history.

“Old school diner”
Reviewed August 6, 2013

Good omelet / breakfast choices in casual, fun atmosphere, but seemed a bit run down. 1 waitress for entire restaurant so a bit slow.
