This was probably our tenth visit to the Lighthouse. The view is awesome. The food has never disappointed either of us and we always get great service. We found this place accidentally on a rainy Sunday, when nobody is at the harbor except a few locals. When we went upstairs to check it out, Chef Luis invited us in from the rain and immediately presented us with some warm garlic bread. We've been there for dinner, but our favorite time is Sunday morning. This is by far the best place to go in the harbor!

The Lighthouse is really a lighthouse! The inner bar/dining room is alright but the outside patio is really nice, sitting over the harbor and hearing the clanking of the sailboats. Very New England feel.
We had a dozen delicious, fresh oysters, reasonably priced. Lobster bisque and clam chowder, a bit too starchy. Grilled swordfish, delicious. Lobster quesadillas were a treat, but if you don't like red peppers, don't try them, as they are a bit more peppery than lobster-y. For four of us, including appetizers and desserts, dinner cost around $115, which is pretty reasonable for a family night out with fresh fish and oysters.

Sit outside, very nice, even if it is chilly because they have heaters.

It's rare to go some place nowadays and find good food and customer service without the super high prices. My boyfriend, 4 year old son, and I went to this place around 11a.m.. We ordered the seafood omlette, spinach and feta omlette, and a calamari taco. The food was awesome! I definitely would recommend you to try this place out. You will not be disappointed. The staff is also very attentive to your needs.
