We had a very good time at our beach home for 5 days. Family in town and they loved it. Was clean, had everything we needed, and very comfortable.
Really enjoyed this unit. A lot bigger in person than the pictures look, plenty of sleeping room, and nice being able to park in the garage. The view from the roof was awesome. We had 12 people (extended family) and we felt like we fit perfectly. Tim was also very accommodating.
The reasons I didnt go 5 stars:
1, trains. I was skeptical with the other reviews, but they are running frequently throughout the day and often at night. Always blew their horns during the day, and sometimes at night. We closed the windows and doors and it was tolerable at night, but then it got kinda hot. Fortunately there were fans.
2, The beach that is super close. So I looked on google maps and tried to look at the beach that is directly west of the place. That has the pathway from the condo. Its not really swimmable or a place where you would hang out. The waves at hightide break on rocks and there isnt a lot of room to do much at lowtide. You would have to walk or drive close to the pier before it's sandy beach that people would use. Not too far, but sometimes parking is rough and it's a decent walk.
3, I didn't notice this (I'm a 28 year old male) but my mom did notice that there are some areas of the house needing paint jobs. She also claimed there were a few pans that weren't cleaned prior to us getting there. Wasn't a big deal to me, but maybe to some.
