Great selection of draft beers which is constantly changing. Really great burgers and wings, but there are also some delicious entrees like pretzel chicken, seared tuna and black bean cakes with pico de gallo. Definitely worth stopping if you are in the area. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.

We love coming here on a regular basis. Great beer choices. Great service (we are usually seated at the bar). Cool live music. Food is good and they have some interesting choices that are not typical bar food options.

I live in town and this is our regular eatery. Good food, good beer, and a varied special menu that changes weekly. Only wish we could sit at the bar more often.

On our trip up the Pacific Coast Hwy, we wanted to see Bodega Bay, but if we had it to do over again, we'd have stayed in Occidental. Nice little Inn, right beside the Barley and Hops Tavern. Had dinner at the B&H one night. Excellent, excellent pub. Good sandwiches and burgers and entrees. One of your group needs to get the Chimay Pretzel Chicken, which is superb. Good fish and chips, too. Pretty good beer menu, to boot, although, like other pubs these days, they rely a little too heavily on IPAs. Not an extensive wine list but includes good ones. And the service was perfect!! And in the morning, you should have breakfast at the Howard Station Cafe across the street!!

We stopped here after doing the ziplining course at Sonoma Canopy Tours. They have a very good craft beer selection here and their food is well done with a bit of a unique twist. My husband had the beer battered onion rings and said that they were the best he has ever had. I had an spinach salad with goat cheese and a soft, homemade bagel. The service was also excellent, a great place to stop after our adventure in the redwoods.
