not as worth it the price something (or i paid0 USD 120 but good stay. Rooms are big, cleaned and furnished.

furniture and other things are not new in hotel...quite old.

breakfast is better than most of the hotels and you can count on it.

Staff is helpful and supportive.

Family refer you all and that why we came to San Francisco’s because we have death in family. We did Nor receive a free breakfast, and we paid almost 1 thousand for 4 nights. I️ never paid that much and did not get a free breakfast. #neveragain.

First of all, please accept our sincerest condolences for the death in your family and we appreciate the honest feedback you've provided. We are saddened to hear that our property did not yield the value you expected but we hope our other positive attributes made up for this such as our free wifi, free airport shuttle, and gated parking. We hope you will give us another chance to provide the stay you expected if plans bring you back to the San Francisco area.

Price is too high. I could of gotten a hotel cheaper a little futher down Hegenber if I just want something average. You could serve food also for lunch or dinner. and have more of a variety. The gym was nice. You could have discount links to other things, such as movies, bowling, ice skating ect..

This hotel is a well kept secret in Oakland. It was clean, friendly staff, close to the airport and reasonably priced! Go directly to their website and join their rewards program. That brings the room price down. Also, breakfast was pretty good. We came down late and there were no more hash browns so the chef made a batch just for us, even though they were about to close. The waiter, sorry I didn’t get his name, was very friendly to us and he made it happen. Knowing that there’s a place like this in Oakland makes me more apt to visit.

Perfect place to stay when flying from Oakland. Quiet little tower room with big windows. Very large newer television. Comfortable bed with plush pillows. Small table with two chairs. Single cup coffee maker. Mini fridge included. Nice restaurant off lobby. Be sure to have time for breakfast before flight.
