I've been going there forever and it is always the same. Great burgers upstairs , nice view of the water and lots of interesting folks. I took my kids there when they were about 12. Every time I picked them up at Oakland Airport, it's Quinn's they want to stop at. They are 30 and 26 now. Great for an afternoon cocktail or beer outside.

Nice little spot to watch the water go by and have a few beers. The food was just OK but the atmosphere and location was fun. Great view of the setting sun and city. Would go back again if nearby.

Delicious food and presentation was excellent. Love the house boat atmosphere. It is on a waterfront surrounded by sailboats.

Bar upstairs is great. Free peanuts and throw them on the floor. Very good fish and chips. The view on the outside patio is great. Beer is overpriced. The Reuben was terrible, nearly all fat and the dressing was way to sweet. Overall, nice place to see the marina, but the food isn't great.
