I have always enjoyed the creative approach to fine dining offered by the chef at Lungomare. Great presentation, just the right serving size, and fresh ingredients are the standard. The Risotto with hen of the woods mushrooms is my favorite. Try the mussels to start, and/or the heirloom tomato salad. Decent wine list, a pit pricey. Bring your credit card, but it's worth it.
An aside: the bar lounge is a great spot for a fancy cocktail or simple glass of wine. Easy to meet travelers in town staying at the Waterfront Hotel. They started a monthly drag show but don't go just for that, it needs a little work.
