Went with a group of 8 people--it may not be the greatest place for a group, given the noise level. But we had a great meal and a good time, nonetheless. The menu is an interesting mixture and the food prep is inventive. Everything was delicious (we did a lot of sharing), especially the calamari and the soft shell crab po boy. (Margaritas were yummy.) The wait staff is young but professional and, hallelujah, not cloyingly over-attentive (my pet peeve). It's hip, casual with terrific food. And as a 60-something person, I felt totally comfortable there. Next time I'm on the left coast, I'll head there.
