Our family of 5 spent 2 nights in a family suite that consisted of a front room with a queen bed, bathroom, and then a back room that had two more queen beds and a small table with a couple of chairs. The hotel is a little dated but it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone had a bed of their own, felt safe, and we had plenty of room. We had a balcony and one evening as I was getting ready to bathe one of the kids I happened to glance out and see a deer. We all rushed out to the balcony and there were 4 deer on the grounds right outside our window. Needless to say we were thrilled. And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A quick drive (approx. 15 minutes) to the entrance of Yosemite made it easy to get an early start and beat the crowds to see the Sequoias. Also, easy access to a variety of restaurants in town (loved Pizza Factory :-))made this a perfect spot for us to stay.
