Since when do you have to request they provide a refrigerator in your room when you check in??? Here you do... This is one of those questions in this day and age that you would not think you have to ask...This is a place I will never stay at again.

Stayed here during the 4th of July weekend. Check in at the hotel was a great experience & first night had good as we got in pretty late.
We left that morning to enjoy the day with family & when we came back to the room later that night. We noticed that our drawers were looked thru & some items were missing. We reported it to the front desk rep Jonathon & was told that they would review with the building engineer & security manager to see who had entries the room well we were out. I was told that no one would be available till the day after check out but promised a response within 24 hours with answers & a solution.
After waiting a week, I reached out to Hilton under a complain review & was told someone would reach out within 3 business days. Again I never got a response or any call backs.
I have stayed at multiple Doubletrees but I can say now that I will never say at a doubletree or another Hilton property again if they can not keep their guest rooms safe.

Not what it used to be. Don't expect the same Hilton Honors Diamond benefits you received a few years ago. New ownership has caused a big decline in HHonors Benefits. Also, hotel management is not responsive to complaints/issues.

This hotel is getting old. The bathroom especially the bathtub needs to have dark spot removed. When you enter the bathroom you expect a nice smell which is not the case. The linen underneath were not ironed. I expected better from a double tree. The rest of the room ok. I did not book for breakfast. Aroung the pool i woul be great to have more seats. Stains on the carpet

Large clean king room. Bathroom was very large (handicap room). We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Omelets and fresh fruit was wonderful. Really no view but that’s ok. The pipes did make a knocking sound all the time (sounds like someone knocking at neighbors door).
