having lived most of my life in San Francisco and part of it in france, I was thrilled to discover Bistro Le Crillon. The cassoulet reminded me of Toulouse cassoulet, the bread was so good I wish she would open a bakery. The ambiance was charming. The price point excellent especially the excellent selection of French wines. I don't know of anywhere in orange county where you could get a starter as good as the morel dish. A refreshing change from the formula corporate atmosphere restaurants.
