We went to Ten expecting another traditional Japanese meal. From looking at the outside of the building, that would be par for the course. We entered to find a hip, modern, and beautiful space. From the lighting, to the full wall water feature behind the bar to the polished concrete/inlaid wood floor, this place was awesome. They deserve an award on decor alone.
The server was attentive and in a great mood. He gave us plenty of time to peruse the menu and offered suggestions. The upbeat attitude and music was a nice surprise.
The food was good. We started with an appetizer called Asian Nachos. They were a little spicy, but great. We both went for a traditional bento box and as side of sushi rolls. There was plenty to take home for the next day.
The restaurant also offers a full page of the menu that focuses on Chinese dishes.
The best surprise was the pricing. It was a bargin. I highly recommend this for anyone that is looking for a great night out.
