We chose the Rusty Pelican strictly based on its location and menu. Getting to the restaurant was ease, however once seated and handed menus the experience fizzled at that point. Our server was quite good, however forgot about us a couple of times for we had to seek him out. The specific menu items we were craving were not available even though I called a day in advance to make a reservation and was was told those items were available. The server made some recommendations, and even though they were good, not what we were wanting so it put a damper on our anniversary dinner. Towards the end it was very apparent that we were being rushed so that they could have the table, however when we left there was no one in the waiting area which also made us feel we were not a valued customer.

This restaurant, water view, was a great choice. Beautiful setting and great service. Our server, I believe her name was Brittany, was friendly and very helpful in helping us select our dishes. She guided us right, as we were all pleased with our dinners. Not one bad thing to say about this place. Go, you won't regret it!

A classic California seafood restaurant on the water. I don't know about dinner, but for lunch, we loved the light aspect of the shrimp Cobb and fish tacos. It's famous for its garlic bread, but we found it too heavily loadd with butter for our tastes. Arrive early and get a table outside.

Excellent menu surrounded by boats on the waterway, ate on deck, got cool and even had blankets for us to use. Great service by the waiter who sold us on every entree and food item he described.
