Newport Coast Villas is an awesome place to stay. The location is ideal, close to the PCH and Highway 73. Our room was very quiet, easy to access, and super spacious. It was a great setup to allow our two kids to sleep while we could still access the kitchen and living area. The entire property is just awesome. Great pools, fun activities for kids (play room with toys, playground, movies and games to rent), and ample space to walk and run.

We absolutely loved staying here and would stay again. My only two areas of disappointment were that the in-room dryer was pretty loud and the Lost & Found process at the hotel is in need of improvement. We accidentally left two swimsuits hanging in the shower rod on the day we left. We called that day once we realize it and filled out the form for lost items. Since then, we've been told that "they can't find our items." Since they were just hanging in the shower, this seems to mean they were thrown away, stolen, or lost again. It's our own fault for leaving them, but it's still disappointing that guest's personal property isn't valued more.

We stayed across from the fountain which is also entrance to main pool area. Great location. Would request that area again. We have stayed here several times. A Beautiful property. Definitely will continue to stay at this property again.

Room tip: Depends on what is important to you. Ex ocean view, or close to pool.we like the top floor.

My kids and myself just returned from a stay in Newport Beach at this location. The accommodations were amazing. The beds were very very comfy. This is like top quality bedding and linens. The bathrooms were nice sized and shower was huge with great shower heads. The unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus private washer dryer and a full size kitchen dining room living room and patio facing the ocean. Plenty of parking in front. We didn’t go to the clubhouse but we did go across the street by car to have dinner at Pelican Hill which is in itself amazing. I am a Marriott Titanium Elite so I love to frequent Marriott properties when I have the option for points with the Bonvoy program. This place is amazing though and I would highly recommend. And traveling with two teenagers having two bedrooms plus laundry and kitchen is fantastic. Also 3 TVs. Yeah this is the best!! We are already booked to return it’s that nice!

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms, very comfortable. Clean. Breathtaking grounds and surrounding area. There were some minor issues the staff assisted with immediately. I wish Californians were just nicer people overall but that’s not the resort’s fault. :) Thanks for having us!!

You can hear everything from
The people above you. Our bougie neighbors below us kept complaining we were too loud at 9 pm. The insulation sucks here. It’s a family place and yet people can’t handle the “noise.”
