I guess I expected a bit better. Drawn by the variety of dishes advertised, We booked a table for four on thanksgiving day for their buffet. We arrive at 1:30 and could see immediately that the place was in chaos. We were seated about 20 minutes later and finally after 10 more minutes flagged down a waitress to get drinks and the go ahead to visit the buffet. We found that many dishes were empty and when word got out that "the turkey and stuffing is back" people would flock back to the buffet immediately. Even the desserts were hard to come by. Since table service was nearly non-existent we were disappointed to see an 18% gratuity added to the bill. To add insult to injury the Bistro reported us to Opentable as a no show.
