Great staff, good location and, initially anyway, a great atmosphere. The tartar chef's treat was a great way to start the meal and the wine recommended by our server was very good. The sous vide Salmon was wonderful and done perfectly. The rest of our food was equally excellent. The atmosphere was great for the first 45 minutes with about 25 - 30 people in the restaurant. Just when we got our entree's a group of 6 people were seated in the middle. This group was so loud that my wife and I had difficulty hearing each other as did the couple next to us. In better restaurants the staff will ask people like this to keep it down, no such luck here.
