I briefly saw a review on tripadvisor for this joint and thought what the heck. Not impressed with biscuits and gravy. Gravy not hot or flavorful. Biscuits probably bisquick without salt. Hubby had chorizo n eggs. Looked icky to me. They have a huge amount of Route 66 crap, which might interest some. Dont miss the rattlesnake eggs.

This is a very typical small time diner. There were men in baseball hats sitting around drinking coffee and families eating breakfast. The wait staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The menu is large and is your typical "farmhand" fare.

The food is very good and good service. When I was working and on the road in new places, I always looked for a place to eat where the utility workers, truckers, highway crews, etc. stopped to eat and that's where I would stop. They always know where the good food is. That's how I found this place while traveling thru Needles. There were lots of big rigs parked near by. They were right again! The food is good and the prices are right. I had a very good dinner and breakfast the next morning before I headed out of town. Looks like I've found another good place to eat the next time I pass this way.

The people that work at this restaurant go out of their way to make sure your satisfied. The food is fantastic and fresh for being in the desert. I LOVE the Route 66 Trinkets and Books. The Posters and old signs are the best prices in the West. Worth the visit and cheaper than the other restaurants but QUALITY is not lacking here.

The food was good and hot diner food. Special was good, just right portions, iced tea fresh brewed. Service was good, bathrooms clean and outside the mural of Needles a great Photo op!
Was just passing through and wanted to touch on Route 66. Mission accomplished. Gift shop not so much...we totally would have spent on Rte 66 stuff but seems like gift shop suffered economy downturn. Prices on lunch just right!
