By her own admission, our guide Laura, was not as familiar with the Sonoma side of wine country as she was Napa. This showed as she got lost a couple of times and really didn't provide us with much background on the region we were visiting. Our first stop was not good at all, which seemed to rattle her further. She tried a little too hard to compensate, but all in all we ended the day on a high note with a stellar winery stop. I appreciated the communication before we arrived, so that she understood our interests and could plan the day. We liked the lunch option very much and would suggest that as an addition to others who use this firm.
We have had a number of different tours over the years and we all felt that this was average at best. The lack of regional knowledge really hurt the experience as did the first couple of winery stops.
