This is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. You feel like you are eating at a friends house. It is so comfortable and the food is simple yet outstanding.
We ate lunch on Saturday after touring wineries in the morning. We got to Mustard's around 1 and were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. There is always a wait. We went to Cosentino's next door and did a tasting. By the time we were done, our table was ready.
Server was very good and professional. We ordered the ahi tuna crackers for an appetizer while we waited. My wife thought they were too spicy but I loved them. Good use of wasabi and soy.
We got the burger to split for lunch which was great. Lightly packed and not cooked past medium. Had good fresh vegetables on it and was spot on. The pork chop is one of my favorite dishes anywhere.
After that and a bunch of wine, we had a long afternoon nap. Great spot and Napa icon.
