Not sure what more I can share that hasn't already been stated, but the EHI is wonderful. It's charming, exceptionally clean, quiet and has a FANTASTIC complimentary breakfast. It's the best of a hotel and B&B combined.

We stayed in a "king bed, no smoking, garden view" that was actually a separate building from the main building (separated by a short, 30 second walk through the garden, past the spa). The room was enormous with a separate sitting area, desk, a large bathroom with shower and a tub, a walk-in closet with another sink/vanity area, mini-fridge, free Wi-Fi, cable tv...

The owners take great pride in making guests feel welcome and are happy to share information and recommendations on the area.

I came here for my 40th birthday with a group of family and friends. We all LOVED this hotel!!! The owners are very involved in the running of this Inn and take a lot of pride in ensuring that the guests are taken care of. It has the feel of a well-run B & B. We were greeted at the door and the staff already knew who we were and that this was a special occasion. My boyfriend and I stayed in the suite. It was HUGE and GORGEOUS. Two sinks, a walk in closet, a huge shower, a jacuzzi tub (small), TV, free wi-fi. The gardens are well tended with fountains and big, fragrant roses. Every morning from 7:30 until 10:00 there is complimentary breakfast. OMG. The waffles were some of the best we have had. Each morning there were waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, cereal, fresh squeezed OJ, oatmeal, and an array of toppings for the oatmeal. And I could write a whole review about the bread they cooked every morning for breakfast: orange cranberry with orange icing one morning, almond poppy the next, and pumpkin raisin with icing the final day. Although we had our trip planned they can recommend vineyards and restaurants and have maps to help guide you. They also have board games available for kids. Very cozy, great service, and personal touches. Would definitely recommend this Inn.

Don't let the "Best Western" name fool you. This is run by a family and has the look and feel of a bed & breakfast. The staff was so accomodating.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in October during a wine tasting trip to Napa and Sonoma. The hotel was on a pretty busy street but was still relatively easy to get to. The hotel is more of a Guest House and was really well kept and clean. On check in we were told that we had been upgraded and were given a room on the ground floor opposite the reception. The room was absolutely HUGE! with a massive comfortable bed, TV with Comcast, kettle, fridge, a huge bathroom and lovely sink/vanity area outside the bathroom which makes getting ready when there is two of you much easier!

The gentleman at check in told us he was happy to provide us with tourist info or reccomendations on places to eat if needed but we already had a restaurant booked so he booked us a taxi to take us there. The hotel puts out the amazing cookies and Hot apple cider for guests which we took full advantage of, I had read in previous reviews how good the cookies were but they were seriously delicious!

Despite being on the ground floor the room was not noisy, we had one of the best nights sleep we had in our entire trip! The next morning breakfast was out in the lobby area and although there were not many seats it added to the cosy atmosphere and the staff did not stop running around making sure the guests were happy and getting them anything they wanted.

I would higly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Napa. We were only there for one night but wish it would have been longer.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Elm House Inn, Napa Ca. We enjoyed our stay. We woke every morning to the Fresh brew of coffee and Waffles. The owners Tom & Connie were very helpful with ideas of where to go eat and things to do. They have a box of coupons on the table and invite you to use them. Every evening when we came back from a long day, there was always someone sitting infront of the fire place drinking cider and eating homemade cookies. A very friendly place I couldn't say enough about the welcoming feeling when staying there.

We used this Inn as our base of operations to visit wineries in the Napa Valley and also for a day touring Sonoma. It is a very pleasant and well kept inn, with helpful staff. Our room was reasonably sized, and the bathroom was quite modern and very clean. One feature we really liked was that they had a breakfast buffet open from 730am - we've stayed at B&Bs with splendid breakfasts but they tend to start much later and take quite a bit of time, and we were anxious to hit the road each day and not spend the entire morning eating breakfast. The buffet had fresh baked pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, both hot and cold, yogurt, hardboiled eggs etc. We had waffles one morning. It was always ready on time, or even earlier, and the setting was quite lovely. There was a hot tub outside which we didn't use but saw other guests enjoying themselves in it. Parking was great, and the hotel is very easily found just off the main highway heading into Napa from SF. Downtown Napa is quaint with lots of nice restaurants, and is an easy 20 minute walk from the inn, or you can drive and find plenty of parking. We would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to this area, and will return ourselves should we have the opportunity to return ourselves.

This is a comfortable Inn. They recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner in Napa. The room and its bathroom were very good value. I was worried that it might be noisy as our room was on a corner on th first floor, but it was quiet all night and we slept well. Having the breakfast included was a great idea. Parking was included too.
