“Great Hotel and Very Reasonable”
Reviewed October 14, 2012

Really enjoyed our stay here while in Napa. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and nice. Breakfast is a plus and close proximity to the highway to hit the vineyards. Would certainly stay there again! Oh yeah, bring your swim trunk.....they have a nice little hot tub thing in the back.

Room Tip: We had the handicap room and it was HUGE!!

We stayed here for two nights for our anniversary in August. Absolutely loved the place, we were greeted at check-in by the owners; upon check in, they both immediately offered us a "Happy Anniversary" and then asked if we had dinner plans. We did not, and were hankering for Italian, immediately we had dinner reservations for later that evening.

Our room was lovely, we had a huge bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub as well as the double sinks, and an additional sink area/dressing room. The bed and pillow were comfy, and the inn was very quiet. We didn't hear the people walking above us at all or in the pool area, which was right outside our door.

Let me tell you, the cookies are out of this world good, and I'm a baker so I'm picky about my cookies. The breakfast in the morning is not your standard continental fare. There was home baked lemon breads, at least six or seven oatmeal toppings, to name a few things. It seems like every time we walked through the main room there was a different freshly baked snack out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Inn, the location was convenient and easy to find. The service was outstanding, the grounds impeccable, and the attention to detail incredible. We will stay here again for our future trips to Napa.

Love this place. The location is downtown Napa close to the highway, on the road to all the wineries, near an outlet mall an close to Target and more. The hotel is not large, room spacious and nicely furnished, bathroom with two sinks, whirlpool tub, terrific staff, GREAT breakfast and more. This is a winner. Highly recommend it.

Was a great little place to stay. Nothing like you'd expect from a BW.
Cute little house that doesnt look like a hotel.
There is a fireplace in the foyer/ lounge that is a great place to sit after a day of wine tasting.
Plus it doesnt get much better then the cookies that they baked in the afternoon.

We stayed here for three nights in Oct. I booked this hotel based on the excellent Trip Advisor reviews, and the lower price (Napa is expensive!) This hotel was fabulous! The breakfast was to die for - a delicious muffin that changed daily, fresh waffles, yogurt, oatmeal. Such a great start. Add on free wi-fi, free parking, friendly staff and a great location! The rooms were really spacious, and having two sinks in the bathroom (one separate from the toilet/shower area) was really nice as well. It was nice to be able to open the windows (we were on the third floor). Overall an excellent property and great stay.

This BW has an unusual layout; 25-odd rooms in two buildings, two floors each, accessed via external steps. Our room , 403, was one of the largest we have encountered in a BW, and tastefully furnished, without going overboard with dozens of pillows, etc. It had all the amenities and was very clean. The main drawback with our 2nd floor room was the lack of water pressure....it really was low. The other drawback, which applies to the disabled, is that there are no elevators, so one has to drag cases up two flights of stairs.
We departed too early to have the breakfast, which ,we were told, is very good.
Location is very convenient , both to the freeway and to Downtown Napa.
We got some good restaurant advice from the day-manager, who was very helpful.

Room Tip: Water pressure is probably better at the 1st floor rooms.

We stayed here for our son's wedding in Napa. We arrived around 11 am with my parents who are 88 and 86. My mother hadn't slept well the night before and wanted a nap. What is the liklihood of being able to check in early at most hotels? Not!

They were very accommodating. They told us they could have a room clean in 1/2 hour. We returned and my parents were able to check in.

The rooms were nice and the hotel is very much like a bed and breakfast. The location in Napa is good. You can walk to the riverfront in Napa. it was comfortable and nice at significantly less than many hotels in the area.

Highly recommended!
