My friend and I did a quick wine tasting trip to Napa in the middle of the week. As we wanted to save our money for wine and food, we picked the Marriott for it's affordable pricing and convenient location. As everyone has mentioned, it's right off of the 29 so very easy to get to and from the wineries. The whole hotel is clean and spacious and our room was comfortable, quiet and had a little patio overlooking the pool. Everyone working at the hotel was so kind, friendly and gave good recommendations. Since it was a weekday, we pretty much had the pool all to ourselves. Across the bridge over the highway there is a convenient shopping center with Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Peet's. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Napa.

Thank you very much for your feedback. You mentioned one of Napa Valley's secrets - prices are much lower midweek. So glad you were able to take advantage of a great deal. You also mentioned our convenient location, cleanliness, comfortable and quiet rooms and friendly staff and we couldn't agree more. Please come back again soon! Cheers!

I would like to compliment the entire staff at the Napa Marriott Resort. This was headquarters for our daughter's wedding party. We could not have done better at twice the price. Every request (no matter how odd) was greeted with a "can do" attitude and a smile. From the desk clerks to the restaurant waitresses to the cleaning staff, everyone was pleasant, accommodating and helpful.

As stressful and hectic as weddings can get, it was great to stay at a place that reduced the pressure and facilitated the process. Everyone who stayed with us was thrilled and I, needless to say, was delighted. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the feedback and congratulations to your daughter! We feel fortunate to be the wedding headquarters for hundreds of brides and grooms each year and we are so happy that your experience was a memorable one. You mentioned our staff's can-do attitude and smiles. Our hotel's culture is one of "service excellence" - doing whatever it takes to make our guests' stays memorable, and we're so pleased that you were able to experience it. By the way, we're a great place to celebrate anniversaries too! Cheers!

Right in the city of Napa. Within minutes of many vineyards . The check in was quick and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable as usual for Mariott’s standard. Oh, and the bathroom, spacious! Can’t think of anything to complain.

We stayed in this place in summer 2010 for six nights. We came here to have some nice, romantic time ... and of course to try lots of wines.

The Hotel is located close to Hwy 29, so it's easy to find and convenient to travel to the vineyards.
The Highway is still far away enough, so you sure won't be disturbed by noise. The Hotel and its area is quite big. The Hotel has a ground and first floor. Just tell them what you prefer when you check-in.
The check-in was fast and friendly. The whole Hotel is very well maintained and spotless clean...no funny smell at all. And feels safe all the time, even you come back at night.
The rooms are quite spacious. There's some office space, extra table and a comfy TV chair. The bed itself was one of the most comfortable ones we had on our many trips.
The only thing we missed here was a microwave. There was a fridge though (some complained on this website here that there isn't a fridge. Well, there IS...it inside the cupboard where the TV is....so it's halfway hidden, looks just like drawers)

Like the whole Hotel, the room and bathroom both were very clean.

The Hotel has two restaurants. We didn't go to any of them. The were mostly pretty empty. And there's lots of good options around anyway. The pool area was pretty nice, but was hard to get some seats...but nice.
If you need any help, there's also a helpful concierge in the lobby area. If you feel like some sports, there's the free fitness Centre.

People here (guests and staff) were always in a good mood and friendly. A nice, quiet Hotel to have some good time in Napa.

And like I said, it's close to the vineyards. Just by Hwy 29 (which brings you up and down Napa Valley to most vineyards).

We had a really good time and would definetly come back here.

Thank you so much for the great feedback. We are so happy that you enjoyed your visit to our hotel and to Napa. You did make mention of the fact that the room did not have a microwave oven. For future visits, simply make the request and we'll have one delivered to your room at no charge. We hope to see you again soon. Cheers!

The Marriott is a great hotel, located near downtown Napa and the Wine Train. On the inside it's a beautiful sight wand offers big rooms and a nice concierge. All that said, on the outside it isn't very appealing (sort of looks like the Pentagon) and has an odd number of disconnected buildings, with only two floors.

The Oakland Raiders were holding their training camp here when we were there, that was crazy, kind of interesting to have rooms in the same place as some of the best athletes in the world.

Wife took part in the Spa, really liked it.

Overall very nice hotel, highly recommended, we had a nice stay.

Thank you very much for the feedback and we are pleased that you had an enjoyable stay. We agree that our location is optimal, near wineries, attractions and dining. You mentioned the exterior of the hotel and though we can't make changes to the building's design, we are continuously looking at ways to improve the guest experience on the inside. We'd love to have you back in 2011 to experience our all-new "great room" lobby renovation which will take our hotel to an even higher standard. Cheers!
