The rooms are average size with very nice amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the seating, while a bit funky, comfortable as well. We were away from the highway, very quiet. The staff were extremely accommodating. They gave us directions, advice, and helped us whenever they could. The location made it simple to get everywhere. The breakfast was very well done with all sorts of selections. The heated pool and hot tub provided relief for our tired selves at the end of the day.

We were on a California tour for 16 days. Prior to our arrival in Napa, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco (outstanding hotel). Over 6 hotels in our 16 days trip, we stayed in 4 Best Western. This one like the others have a excellent service from all staff. However, we found the room to be very average. There is 2 restaurants nearby, one Mexican (excellent) and one Italian ( not used). Nice to have a car to visit around. location ok need a car.

I stayed there two nights and wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms are great, with both a refrigiretor and a microwave. The good surprise was the outdr heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. I used after my morning run. Next time I am over I will use this same hotel again.

Extremely poor customer service. I called to cancel a reservation, and told I had no reservation. However, the company charged my credit card for $241.28 . Each time I call, I am routed to a "manager" who is never in the office. I was told there was nothing anyone can do, and that I must eat the charge. I will certainly never use this hotel or Best Western again, and will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

We stayed here when attending a wedding in Napa. Before arriving we had extended our stay by one night but for whatever reason this booking was not recorded. Before arriving we had extended our stay by one night but for whatever reason the extra night's booking was not recorded.  The result was the room we were in (king bed) had been rebooked and we were to move to another room (twin beds) for the last night.  A bit of a pain, we were not happy as it was their mistake.

So the night before having to move, after arriving in late from a wedding, we packed our bags so that we could leave them in a friends room the next morning before heading off to a post wedding event.  After moving our bags I went to reception with the key .......  only  to be told they had juggled things and we no longer had to move.  Why did no one tell us this beforehand?  They had no answer to this.  We did get a discount for the disruption, but twice they messed up and we would have much preferred the hotel systems and procedures had worked properly.

The room itself was average, quite dark even with the lights on.  Conversations from the hallway could be heard, especially late at night.  Breakfast on paper plates and plastic knives and forks was new to us for a hotel in this price bracket. The breakfast itself was just okay.

The location of the hotel was good but the problem with the room has tainted our view of this hotel so would prefer to look for somewhere else next time. reception with the key ....... only to be told they had juggled things and we no longer had to move. We have stayed at some other very nice properties in Napa. As we were traveling on this journey with various friends, we were told this would be a happy median location for everyone. Despite never having even seen this hotel in our several trips to the valley, we went ahead and booked it, hoping for the best. I must say, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very gracious, the hotel was nice and the location is easily accessible. I would note that the noise level in the hotel or perhaps the lack of insulation in the rooms could leave a bit to be desired. It seemed as though during "peak hours" we were able to hear most of the doors in our vicinity opening and closing as well as casual conversation by passersby.

The pool was quiet and clean, providing a refreshing dip after long days touring the valley.

While not the most romantic place we've ever stayed, it certainly sufficed and we would consider staying here again.

Room Tip: We asked for an upgraded suite and received a large room that was just above the driveway canopy wit...

Room was ok but very noisy at night from the street which is 3' away from the window. The AC thermostat didn't work so we accually had to leave the window open just to stay cool enough to sleep. Housekeeping missed our room for some reason so I called the front desk at 6pm when we got back, and was told that out DND sign was on the door, yet as I was talking to him I was looking right at it hanging on the inside of the door. Poor service!

Room Tip: Stay away from the street side!!
