The first thing to note about this inn is that the pictures on the website are EXACTLY what the rooms look like. We stayed in Simeon's Quarters. I was disappointed that there was no privacy in the bathroom - you have to shut the double doors that separate the bedroom from the jacuzzi, then close the slats, then pull the glass (yes, glass) sliding door that closes off the commode and stand-up shower. The wireless internet signal is not strong enough to get to the second guest house, so we had to bring our laptop to breakfast so we could use the main house's internet to plan our trip. VERY frustrating! The sheets are super-soft (as are the pillows, which does nothing for me). We enjoyed breakfast very much, as well as the wine tasting Friday evening. Downtown Napa is kind of a ghost town (as we saw it anyway) so we found ourselves driving quite a bit. Not a problem, just not what we expected. The service was very friendly and we did enjoy our stay; there are just a few things we wished we'd known before booking.

My fiance and I stayed at the Napa Inn for 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend. Check in is only between 3-6 and there is no one to answer the door before that, just FYI. We were a bit baffled by that until we finally checked in around 5:30pm and were greeted by fresh baked cookies and crackers and cheese. Nice touch! There is also a stocked mini fridge by the entrance full of bottles of water and soda. We stayed in the Tower Room, which was nice and spacey with a large bathroom. The room had a tv and mini fridge also. The inn is within 5 minute walk to Napa town center and close to wineyards. I think Napa itself has seen better days, with lots of empty store front and strange crowd after 10pm. BReakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit. They also packed a brownbag breakfast for us for the road since our flight back from San Francisco was very early in the morning. Thought that was sweet. I'd stay here again and recommend to others, however, not sure I will return to Napa because other than Wine (which we did taste and drink), there is not much else to do.

This was a beautiful place to stay and we never slept so well as we did on those sheets and bed! Slept so good that we never were able to wake up in time to go get breakfast.

The only complaint we had was it would have been nice to have our breakfast delivered to our room since we didn't get up on time for either day to have breakfast that we paid for.

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Napa Inn. The house was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing (best breakfast we had during our vacation), the staff were so helpful, and our rooms were very clean.

We will definately be back again.

Our 25th wedding anniversary was absolutely magnificent because of our stay at the Napa Inn. The property is darling, well maintained, quaint and cozy. The staff is friendly, helpful and very service-oriented. We stayed in Angelina's Garden Room, the best room in the Inn. Clean, wonderful accommodations, and perfect for that weekend getaway. We will absolutely return to the Napa Inn, and highly recommend it to everyone. We have stayed in numerous B&Bs around the world, and the Napa Inn ranks in the top 1%!! Thank you for a magnificent experience!!
