My girlfriend and her adult daughter joined me for a 3-day tour of Napa Valley. Napa Inn was recommended to me by an associate at work - she was spot on about how perfect this facility is! Nestled on a quiet street among 'regular' homes in Napa, this two-building Inn took our breath away from the moment we saw it sitting there amongst beautiful trees, flowers, and landscaping. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely pampered (that's the word that kept coming to our lips every time we marveled at the service, food, facilities, etc.). Even though we arrived several hours early on the first day, the staff greeted us with smiles, fresh coffee, maps, everything we needed. They had even booked our tours and dinners prior to our arrival (and had provided GREAT advice when making those selections). The only (and I mean ONLY) downside to our visit was the arrival of the property owner, who was only present on the first day. A hospitable demeanor is not her strong suit, as she was rather abrupt with us. But those few inconveniences were far outshadowed by the remaining staff, especially Suzanne. She's absolutely amazing - took care of our every need. The rooms were sooo comfy; I just wanted to sleep in each day. You can even buy a set of the sheets they use on the beds and they'll ship them right to your home. Breakfast each day was delectable; we took home a few recipes to use in an upcoming baby shower! And all of the lovely Napa establishments are within easy (flat) walking distance from the house. If I ever, ever am fortunate enough to afford another trip to Napa, I will definitely stay here again, and I am recommending to all of my family and friends who are planning trips here. Enjoy! You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Pick a room that matches your personality. Rooms in the second building have quiet porches/decks.

We only managed to get in one night here but it was so nice that we asked if they had space to accommodate us for another! Unfortunately they did not as they are so popular but they did offer to help us find accommodation if we needed.
In brief, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfasts are delicious. Good value for money, I would stay here again happily.

I did my homework prior to booking a room in Napa. Fortunately, the Napa Inn was exactly what I had expected. We stayed in the Tower room...and it was a Victorian lovely room. It's windows (bay) overlook the quiet residential street. The breakfast was quite nice, and each morning it was a different menu. The staff is efficient and kind, and the location in convenient.

Room Tip: pick the tower...all are quiet.

This was my first time staying in B&B in Nap/Sonoma area. This hotel met all expectations. Location is perfect, the house located on a quiet street away from noisy streets and you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. The interior is homey in old Victorian style and matches my taste. The ambiance and decorations make you feel like you are visiting family or old friends. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great, it was served with candle lights, in beautiful china and the food was absolutely delish, homemade breakfast dishes like casseroles and warm scones. Definitely will come back!!

Room Tip: Room in the main house

It's a really nice hotel, the room is really nice, and clean. I love the tub in the middle of the room, quite romantic. It has a mini bar on the first floor, we can grab something to drink, it's really convenient and sweet. The breakfast is also excellent, I love those pie, and the workers are really friendly, and recommend us to a really beautiful winery, we're really appreciate for that, if she didn't chat with we on the breakfast, we'll never find such a beautiful castle in NAPA~ Thank you, for gave us such a sweet memory.

We stayed at Napa Inn for three nights, first two nights at Miss Tessa's Room and the third night at The Chesney Suite. Although Miss Tessa's Room is smaller, it has a nice bath tub which we used twice a day. The Chesney Suite is very spacious but the bath room is small. Overall, the service is excellent. The owner and the staff are very helpful. They called to arrange for our winery tour, and booked rental car for us in the last minute when we needed a car to leave Napa. We think Napa Inn is a very good choice in Napa Valley.

It was a really neat place, historical like many B&Bs. The Tower Room was awesome. Maybe a little overpriced ($485 for two nights w/ 10% discount) compared to other B&Bs we've stayed in across the country. Breakfast was delicious and the decor was terrific!!!
