Certificate of Excellence

We were in Napa visiting relatives who live only 2 blocks away from the Arbor. We were very happy to find that this guest house was not only convenient, but charming! The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and will make any reservations for wine tours or dinner that you may want. The complimentary breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious. They also serve wine and hors d'oeuvres at 5:00.

The gardens are lovely and have several seating areas and a boule court.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.

We would recommend this Inn to anyone visiting Napa and the wine country. Will definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I came for a weekend. What can I say that hasn't been said before? I do extensive research before I book any type of vacation - after reading hundreds of TA reviews, I decided on this B&B. Every single positive review is true. My boyfriend and I have stayed at lots of inns so we have a good perspective.
The Inn Keeper & owner are extremely friendly and helpful in helping you figure out what you want to do for the weekend. We booked a tour based on their recommendation and were not disappointed. There is a book of menus from the entire town which I loved - the restaurants that were recommended were also amazing. As other guests have commented - the wine & cheese & cracker hour is wonderful, the breakfast is amazing, the backyard is gorgeous (gazebo with rocking chairs with special wine glass cup holders, bocce court, tables & chairs, etc.), the beds are comfortable, our room was spacious with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace as well as a large shower and full bathroom. They have freshly baked cookies every evening and chocolates next to your bed. Juice and water and coffee is always available. All free of charge.
The inn is in a residential area, however it was wonderfully quiet & a quick 20 minute walk to everything downtown. We would definitely stay here again & I would highly recommend the Arbor Guest House.

Room Tip: We loved the Enchanted Dream - it's the biggest room I believe.

My sister and I planned a spa weekend and stayed at this wonderful B & B. It was quiet, clean and very beautiful. Our room was very spacious, very nicely decorated with antique furniture and a gas fireplace. The bathroom was very spacious with a very large jacuzzi tub. We had massages in our room that were amazing. The serve a wonderful breakfast in the dining room and appetizers and wine in the evening. There is coffee, tea, water, juice and soda always available at no charge. The hosts were very friend and helpful in planning your day or making reservations. We definitely would return and highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Room Tip: This bed and breakfast only has 5 rooms and 2 of them are in a garden building behind the main house...

The Arbor Guest House was home base for our travel to a destination wedding and wine tastings in Napa. We chose the Arbor Guest House based on reviews and photos in TripAdvisor and were 100% satisfied with our choice. The house, carriage house and grounds are immaculate - if anything the property is much more impressive in person than any of the posted photos can show. Candy, Dan and their staff were the perfect hosts, serving scrumptious breakfasts each morning and wine/cheese offerings late each afternoon, suggesting and arranging restaurant reservations and wine tastings, and offering advice and stories of the region. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Napa.

Room Tip: We stayed for 4 days in the Arbor View room, the second floor of the carriage house, which was an id...

We loved the Arbor Guest House. This was our first time in Napa and staying in a B&B. Everything about this place was perfect. We stayed in the Bella Vista room and it was really nice. I love the backyard, it is a very relaxing place to just go sit and smell the roses. Also loved the happy hour and breakfast. We requested gluten free meals and got more than we expected. I haven't had french toast in a long time, wasn't expecting that! Great place to stay.

Room Tip: I think Bella Vista is one of the smaller (cheaper) rooms, but it was still great. Plenty of room a...

Our 5 night stay at the Arbor Guest House was exactly what we hoped it would be. The inn was beautifully decorated, the grounds were spectacular, and the breakfasts were delicious. We had relaxing massages in our room and enjoyed afternoon cocktails with some very pleasant people. Candy and Dan were very helpful in guiding us to great wineries and restaurants during our stay. This was the perfect location for our visit to the Napa Valley.

I stayed at the Arbor Guest House last week with my girlfriend, and our only complaint is that that we had to check out and leave! We are in a long-term, long-distance relationship, so it's doubly important that we make the most of our time together. The AGH was the perfect place to spend time together! The owners and staff were so welcoming and kind that we felt like we were spending the night in the home of extended family. The room was beautiful and immaculately clean, complete with a boatload of amenities that I never would've thought of (2 person whirlpool tub, fireplace, Keurig coffee maker, Ipod dock, etc). Maybe best of all was the fantastic AC (lots of B&Bs in the area seem to lack this) which kept us nice and cool the whole time. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, freshly made on site and served in generous portions, and the friendly staff helped us plan our day in the valley.

For the price, location, and amenities, you simply cannot do better. Book your stay here with confidence--you're in good hands.
