We booked last minute (as fires drove us from Yosemite) and were expecting a run of the mill place. This is a time share resort. It had amazing pools (family and adult only) and sits in a beautiful vineyard. Bar & cafe on site .

We had a one bedroom with sofa for kids with full kitchen, dining table, washer/drier and balcony. It was comfortable and luxurious. We were offered vouchers off wine tours and dinner and took them which obligated us to attend the time share breakfast talk, which was fine (we didn't buy!) but you could say no.

Napa is a 10 min drive but they have shuttle. There was construction across the road (they're extending) but it did not disturb us.

First, the bellman are great. It's downhill from there. The front desk staff are either dumb or told to act that way. The "concierge" has only one job - to sell timeshares. His knowledge of local activities are negligible. We found out at checkout that the hotel provided a free shuttle to Napa.

The rooms are poorly designed. There is a huge bathroom with a pedestal sink. There is no place to put toiletries. There is a large closet housing the washer and dryer but it's empty above where storage would be useful. The other closet cannot accomodate dresses.

The lighting is terrible despite a plethora of lights. There are not enough outlets.

The walls are paper thin which was a joy when the family next door had a loud child. The hotel is building more units across the street. Construction starts at 7 AM.

Calls to the front desk regarding rowdy (drunk) guests were useless.

Nice room, can sleep four people in a one-bedroom condo. They have a winery on site and spa, you can also do weddings they have a Vineyard on site they have bowling alley and three restaurants. The concierge was awesome . They have a children's pool and an adult pool. If you don't want to be around kids definitely go to the adult pool. And we would definitely stay here again. And they have a really nice shower and a jacuzzi tub.

This is a large resort close to Napa. There are two pools. The rooms are large and come appointed with a small kitchen and laundry facilities. They are building an addition across the street which will add some stores and more accommodations.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, but our last stay was our last stay for good. Some designer got the crazy idea to redecorate the suites in funereal gray and then blue in the living room and yellow/orange and green in the bedroom. These colors don't flow and this decor looks like any business class urban hotel anywhere in the US instead of a resort in Napa. The parking situation was difficult and often we had to park on the street. To top it off, there was a mouse that invaded our kitchen each night and they had glue traps for it by the refrigerator so they knew about this problem and still left out an amenity basket with hot chocolate mix that the mouse was eating. On the last evening someone dumped a lot of ketchup in the hallway outside our room. I told an employee as we left for dinner and gave him the room number so he could find it easily. When we got back several hours later the ketchup was still there. This used to be a great resort, but we won't be staying there again.
