Celadon was right next to our hotel, the Napa River Inn - and it turned out to be one of our best dining experiences on this trip. We ordered the sweet coconut fried prawns with mango, cucumber and greens with sesame-citrus vinaigrette - sublime! The macadamia nut crusted goat cheese with port-poached figs, apples and crostini - exceptional! The moroccan inspired braised lamb shank with golden raisin and toasted almond couscous - falling off the bone, melting in your mouth goodness! And the s.r.f. flat iron steak, blue cheese steak fries, grilled asparagus and chimichurri sauce - fantastic. The ambiance is relaxed - you can eat in doors our out on their patio and the waitstaff were so friendly. I obviously loved it.
