We stayed for a week in late April. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. There is a terrace behind the hotel on the riverside that is great for dining or relaxing. The beds were awesome -- the most bed I've ever slept in, motel or otherwise. The property is close enough to downtown, the Wine Train and Copia to walk, but if you prefer not to walk there is a free trolley service that runs from just outside the front door. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a deluxe river-view room with jacuzzi tub for $180 per night and it was fantastic. Great minibar with wide selection and full-sized bottles of wine, FANTASTIC matresses, big TV with DVD player, balcony over the river. Bathroom was HUGE - seperate toilet room and then a huge jacuzzi tub with jets and double shower heads. Lots of nice extra amenities as well - complimentary continental breakfast, pool, exercise room. A few blocks from downtown, which was fine. Lots of parking, and we experienced great service from the staff. We had a great time and will be back!

We checked in using the promotional offer -3 nights for the price of 2. For a suite (kinda) that overlooked the napa river (kinda) with endless musak floating through our room (definately) we felt we got our money's worth. The bed itself was worth the$503 for 3 nights. Breakfast was disappointing for 2 of the morninings. The third morning- a thursday- was obviously the time when they kick it up. Lox, moz. with tomatoes, procuttio. You name it. The managment was a bit confused while we were there and the customer service ok- a valet looked on as we loaded our 5 bags up the ramp. So room, yes a 5 star. Service a 3. Hence, a 4.

Just stayed at the hotel during a quick trip to Napa. I booked the Inn on their website. "Village" side does not have a view but the beds were great, pillows were very soft and I slept the thru the night! Free high-speed internet was nice, and they have a good selection of free DVD movies at the front desk. Could use some landscaping and it's near but not in downtown. You could walk but I drove. Nice place, nice bar and I'll be back!

I booked this hotel through Expedia which had a great deal for a village room with two queen beds. Although the room amenities were nice and the continental breakfast was a good value, the customer service was terrible. We were put in a room right above housekeeping and there was a loud constant sound coming from below us the entire weekend. I complained not once but three times about it and no one did anything. Worse, they didn't seem to care. When I requested they send someone to try to check out the sound, they agreed to do it but no one ever came. When I called for the last time at around 8:30 at night, the front desk said they would call me right back. No one called me back, no one came to the room, no one tried to do anything to resolve the problem. It was as if they were just waiting for us to check out. I thought that the hotel might be discriminatory toward us but then I heard another guest complain about something else and the front desk was just as uncaring and unwilling to try to resolve their problem.

I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. Pay the extra amount and stay in Yountville or St. Helena. Customer service makes all the difference when you are trying to have a nice relaxing weekend in the wine country.

We stayed here from April 1-3, after reading numerous reviews on Tripadvisor; it did not disappoint.

Nothing spectacular but provides a comfortable stay for sightseeing. That's probably the way it should be. It's in downtown Napa so a bit of a drive to the vineyards compared to the others situated in the middle of the valley, but the location is convenient too, next to restaurants and a Walmart (in case you need basic ammenities).

Our kids enjoyed watching the free DVD on the player in each room. The room is a bit cramped. Or the beds are too large for the room. There were 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 2) and it felt smaller than the other hotels we were stayed in. You cannot use the in-room minibar for storing personal food and drink, so ask for a complimentary fridge immediately upon check-in. Broadband access is free.

Payed USd 139+ a night. There are countless other hotels more expensive and cheaper, but we were happy with our choice, this provided good value...It would be lower by USD 10-20 per night during weekdays and other times of the year.

We were right in front of the access to the pool, so that was good and bad. But no one really swims at night so it was quite. Unfortunately one afternoon (around 4-5 pm) we were swimming and our kids were enjoying themselves. A guest apparently complained about the noise because they were sleeping at this time of day (hangover?). So if you are sensitive ask to be placed away from the pool. Otherwise the pool side seems to provide a better ambience.

We didn't get a chance to have a meal, except for the free breakfast (generally cereal and muffins). Once I asked about lunch at 1130 am, and this busy waitress was quite abrupt in answering lunch will only be ready at 1230pm.

Other than that, our stay was fine...we would come back.
