“A different and unique tour / tasting.”
Reviewed May 19, 2013 via mobile

I chose this to tour because I love Sinskey wines but had never visited the winery. I was also intrigued by the emphasis on foods specially paired with their wines. The Farm to Table tour was a great choice. After a tour of the vegetable and herb garden with Chef Dave (with a glass of wine in hand of course), Louisa gave us a tour of the winery. She then lead a tasting of 6-7 specially chosen wines paired with cheese, meat, olives and several special items prepared by Chef Dave. Great wine with wonderful food, what's not to like

“Best wine tasting this trip”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

Not only does the Sinskey Vineyards have very good wine's.
(Get some of the Rose' if available, perfect for poolside)
They also included little bites that are delicious.
We tasted at several vineyards, this one was the most fun this trip.

“Consistently good wine”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Robert Sinsky is one of our perennial favorite wineries to visit. We are club members (the glutton and gourmand club is fabulous as it also includes cooking ingredients and implements), so tastings are free. Their pintos are outstanding, but even better is their Vin Gris -- a perfect wine for summer!

“Great Tour and Tasting”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

We did the Cave Raider Tour in Mid-April. We had a great time. The Cave is pretty cool, with a large cellar in the back. I would not say the tour is must, but it is a good cave tour. The wines were tasting very well. We bought a couple Pinots, their Rose, and a Cab, and joined their wine club. A nice assortment of meat, cheese, olives, and crackers accompanied the tasting.

“Fabulous Farm to Table Tour”
Reviewed April 29, 2013

This exceptional winery not only has really great wines produced in accordance with organic, sustainable, and biodynamic principles, but it offers an excellent way to taste both wine and food together. The philosophy is quality and simplicity and energy and enthusiasm abounds. Erin, who guided us through the garden and food, and Robert, who guided us through the wine-making facilities and wine tasting, were both outstanding and highly informative ambassadors. The Farm to Table Tour was the highlight of our trip through wine country.
