Owner description: “We have been on a quest to realize the full potential of California’s historic vineyards - and to create greater understanding about the joyful pleasures and true character of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. Honoring the wisdom and labors of our forefathers, and keeping the agricultural and social traditions alive that are unique to American wine … it doesn’t get any more gratifying than that in the wine business…” - Dave Pramuk and Bob Biale, Co-Founders, Robert Biale Vineyards

Staff is warm and friendly, yet maintain a professional pace. Although famous for the Black Chicken, I prefer this years release of the Petite Syrah. Winery is cute, clean and fun. Be sure to visit when the mustard is blooming, gorgeous.

So happy you joined us! Our little hideaway winery depends on the word of mouth of people who enjoyed themselves here and learned about/appreciate our fine Zinfandels and Petitie Sirahs.

Our tasting was at 10 am with Tom Skinner. He had a great personality and spent a lot of time sharing history and winery stories with us We love Zinfandel and found Biale Zins to be top notch. Joined the wine club so we could enjoy their wines throughout the year!

We had a lot of fun at this winery. And we really enjoyed their zins. Couldn't decide which one(s) to buy! Finally settled on Black Chicken.

This place changed my mind about zinfandel. Already can't wait for my first wine club shipment. The setting is rustic, and the staff is gracious - the vineyard has a family feel, not stuffy or haughty. By appointment only, so call ahead. Minutes from downtown Napa.

My husband and I visited Robert Biale Vineyards while we were in Napa and we're thankful we did! The first thing that strikes you is the amazing landscape. The Vineyard is nestled in among acres of vineyards and breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding the Valley. After digesting the gorgeous landscape, you then get to experience the great wines. My husband and I sat outside on the porch and enjoyed every minute of our tasting. We got to the Vineyard toward the end of the day so we were the only two there which was great because the young man that was working that afternoon was gracious enough to bring all the wine outside to us and sit with us and talk. I would recommend this winery to anyone planning a visit to the Valley.
