“Hilton Garden Inn”

This was our second time to stay at this hotel and we will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Napa. The rooms were clean, the staff courteous, and everyone was helpful and added to the pleasantness of our stay.

We choose this hotel primarily for location and ease of cycling around the area. The amenities are good as a Hilton Honors member and staff were great. We hated the bed -- its a strange adjustable air bed -- and it was always way to firm so sleep quality was not great.

On a one day tour of wine country. Our hotel room was beautiful. Nice fruited water complimentary in lobby. Also some yummy oatmeal bars available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room decor was lovely. High ceilings in room. Rate was a little steep, but we felt room was an unexpected treat as far as niceness and newness. and again, staff was a bonus.

Everything fell into place with our trip to wine country...Bertha helped us book the hotel and wine train deal at this hotel. Couldn't have been more perfect. We arrived early afternoon and had great service getting checked in. With it being Easter Sunday we were wondering what was open and she had a list of local places that were open and closed, we have never seen that before which really helped us plan things out for the day. With our deal we got the room for one night, 2 tickets on the wine train, bottle of wine and breakfast for 2. The room was great...a/c was a little noisy and the shower was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The breakfast buffet was to die for.....made to order crepes were awesomeeeee and they serve Starbucks coffee...what more could we ask for. Check out went smooth as well and on we went to our adventure on the wine train. Thank You for a perfect get-away. We will see you again!!!

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor half between the freeway and elevator on the front of the hotel....heard ne...

We stayed on a Sunday evening.We. loved the room decor. Beautiful. The bed was great. My wife and I are used to memory foam with 800-1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. We were completely comfortable. Bravo! We will stay again.Hilton should be proud of this one.

Positives: clean, nice lobby, water, yummy cookies provided, convenient location. Negatives: not friendly greeting (our experience anyway), freeway noise, pricey when you compare it to other places, lack of courtesy from maids.
We checked in at 5pm after a fun experience of wine tasting. We were in awed the beautiful lobby and appreciated the cold water dispenser for arriving guests. We were a bit put off by the rude lady at the front counter who greeted us with "credit card and I.D please." Never looked up from the computer and handed us our room keys. She gave us instructions to our room and that was it! Not the best welcome we've ever received. Oh, yes, she did give us our voucher for our free gift (we are hilton members) and made sure we realized that we would have to get our free waters before the time listed on the card she gave us.
We found our room, the closest room to the freeway! Oh well, someone has to sleep there right? We were only staying one night. Breakfast at the hotel is extra and it did not look like we would want to pay the $26 it would cost for two. I was awakened to a lot of racket in the morning and when we opened our door, we had a hard time maneuvering around THREE maid carts! Unbelievable! I felt like the two girls who were manning the front counter were a whole lot nicer than the lady who we met the night before. We got our free waters and headed out the door. By the way, I've stayed at the Embassy Suites in Napa (also owned by Hilton) and I would recommend their hotel. It is more expensive but breakfast is included!

Great service, convenient location, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet and complimentary internet access.I had to switch rooms at one point and the front desk was very efficient. I would stay again at the Hilton Garden Inn and recommend it.
