“One night but wanted to stay longer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

We only stayed one night but it was lovely and peaceful. Staff were professional. Bright yet welcoming lobby. Room was clean and modern. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy a bottle of wine. Minor cons: no fan in bathroom, pool is rather small and really close to the building.

This hotel feels more like a motel. The pool is a simple concrete slab area. The hotel staff is excellent, among the best I have had in my world travels. Unfortunately that cannot make up for the over priced rooms. This hotel is not in an area that you can enjoy your surroundings. Over $400 per night with tax for a hotel next to a freeway with little to no amenities. Do yourself a favor and stay in down town Napa on the river.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel, rooms were large and comfortable. The room was extremely clean. Breakfast in the morning was substantial. I found the girls at the front desk very helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying here.

Green Features: I encourage more hotels to adopt more environmental practices.

For our first visit I think the Hilton was a solid location. Their outdoor patio was really nice at night and we liked the free wine tasting. Our rate includes breakfast every morning which was a good value as it allowed us to get in a good breakfast before wine tasting each day. Other than that it's a pretty standard Hilton. I was a little disappointed in the pool area as it didn't look like they had cleaned the leaves out of the pool or hot tub but other than that it was a solid stay.

We were so pleased. We received a free upgrade to a king jacuzzi suite upon arrival...without asking. The staff was the most friendly of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Very clean and quiet. The food at breakfast was WONDERFUL!! Everyone from the girl on the phone, front desk staff and the housekeepers was just so polite. It made for a wonderful getaway!!

I've stayed at Hilton Garden Inns in other parts of the country. This property is much nicer, higher end finishes. It was a great place to stay when we were in Napa for a weekend. The price is much lower than other nearby hotels which left more money for wining and dining.

Clean, affordable, and easy to get to and from Calistoga (northern most Napa Valley) and Sonoma. We even took a nice 5K loop run from the hotel. It is very close to a Starbucks, so that was a plus as well.
