The positives are the rooms have a small sitting area (love seat size couch) and offer a complimentary breakfast (hot foods plus cold selections). The location is OK if you want to walk across the street to several fast food places and average sit-down restaurants. There is also a large grocery store & Target.
The negatives are the rooms are very noisy if you happen to be close to the front as traffic is constant. Also the old style room A/C units cycle on & off constantly and are very noisy. The bed is rock-hard and the pillows appear to have been placed in the dryers and feel like the foam has clumped. There is a small indoor pool/spa which smells boldly of chlorine.
It is not the fault of the hotel at all, but the vacant lots on each side are an eye sore and really cheapens the area badly.
Nice place, that worth what you pay, is not the best location but considering the size of Napa you should have no problems.
Good stay = not interested in saying more. I do not appreciate having to write more than I want too.
