Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Inn on Randolph, and our experience could not have been better. From the first class accomadations, glutton free breakfast (delicious), cheese plattters, wine and the friendliness of the entire staff our vacation will be one that we will not forgotten. The beds were comfy with great linens, the fireplace homey and the heated bathroom floors made it extra special. After a day of wine tasting, we were very happy to enjoy the relaxing outdoor spaces. At the end of our stay, they even printed off our boarding passes. Great place! We will be back!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Laurel and Franklin cottages....fantastic!!!

From the time we made the reservations until we checked out after our three night stay, we received top-notch service. The Inn at Randolph is superb: clean, beautifully decorated, updated and peaceful, but within walking distance to downtown Napa. Karen and her staff personalized our stay with recommendations, reservations and other little details that one would only find at the Inn on Randolph. Thanks to the amazing bed in the Jefferson room, we slept better than expected despite our jet lag. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and coffee with a special request, which they kindly accommodated. We already started planning our trip next year to the Inn on Randolph!

I just stayed at the Inn on Randolph for a long weekend with my family. This is a first class B&B. Lovely gardens and patio space. The inside of the inn has a welcoming fireplace and beautiful furnishings. My room was spacious, warm, with great linens and towels, and even a heated bathroom floor!!! Karen and Dan are lovely and the staff is so kind and welcoming. The breakfast is really delicious as is the wine in the evenings. I am looking forward to a return trip to Napa....mostly to stay at the Inn!! The best part of our trip!

My siblings and I just celebrated our parents' 50th wedding anniversary in Napa and enjoyed a 3-night stay at the lovely Inn at Randolph. We had all four of the rooms on the 2nd floor of the Historic House as well as one of the cottages, and all were beautifully updated, clean, and spacious - as is the entire property. The owners, Karen and Dan, and the staff, including Stacy, Emily, Louise and others - were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. We feel like we've made new friends! Truly, we couldn't have had a better stay and hope to return next year.

Just returned from a two night stay at the Inn with my niece and nephew. Like many others, I chose the inn based on other reviews and they were spot on. Cottages were nicely decorated and homey. Heated bathroom floors such a nice touch. Loved the bedding as well. Staff was so helpful. Assisted with dinner reservations, winery recommendations, and coupons. Also had quick responses to several email questions prior to arrival. Only regret was with only two days there we didn't have time to enjoy the relaxing outside spaces. Hope to be back again some day!

Room Tip: Loved the cottage rooms. Nice and quiet.

While I could write a glowing paragraph, it would be a replica of those already written! Randolph Inn is an amazing, magical, relaxing B&B; however, what makes it so special begins with the owner, Karen. My husband I were celebrating our 27 year anniversary in September and stayed in the Randolph room. A surprise with a ring was in store for me; however, my husband had it in his briefcase, and put it on top of the book shelf only to find it was gone when he was ready to give it to me. You can imagine the shock he felt, and thought he left it in the safe in San Francisco. Determined not to let it ruin our trip, we drank wine and enjoyed the beautiful area. The day after returning home, the Inn called us and asked if we forgot something in a black pouch. Wow, there aren't any words to describe our joy and relief. The couple after us found it on the book shelf and returned it. My heartfelt thank you goes out that couple. Karen graciously took the time to FedEx it to us and tracked it along the way ensuring its safe return. So, yes while this is an unbelievable place to stay, it begins with Karen and the staff.

Enjoyed our stay at the inn in Napa. Very convenient near downtown Napa. Wonderful rooms, spacious, modern, clean. Some rooms don't have TV but there is a community room. Staff is great. Can't do enough to make your visit great. Breakfast is limited. Overall a great experience.
