We had a very nice stay on our recent trip to Napa. Karen was very accommodating. We stayed in the cottages along with three other couples; they were very nice inside, just as shown on the website. My wife particularly loved the heated bathroom floors. We will certainly be back.

We just got back from staying at the Inn and it was excellent!! We actually had a chance to stay in the Jefferson Room for one night because our San Fran plans did not work out and then two nights in the Flower Cottage. Loved both places. Heated floors are to great, everything was comfortable, decorated lovely, but the best was Karen and her staff. They are most helpful in every way. Breakfast was awesome every day and on our last night we had to leave the next morning at 4:30am to catch a flight in San Fran they made us parfaits along with their delicious granola, put it in our fridge so we would have something on the way to the airport. We can't say enough about the Inn on Randolph. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Karen and your staff!!

Room Tip: All the location of the rooms are wonderful.

We stayed one night at the Inn and were perfectly satisfied. The location was outstanding -- walking distance into Napa and our restaurant. The decor was tasteful, elegant, and brand spanking new, but it retained the sense of the original building. In the afternoon we sat in the beautiful garden with fountain, and later, when it got chilly, we moved to a pleasant game room with a fireplace, drinks, and comfortable chairs. Our room, the Hannah Moore, was on the main floor near the front entrance and the dining area, but by some magic was not noisy at all. The proprietors were friendly and warm without being intrusive. The breakfast was hearty and filling without going "over the top". The price was reasonable for the value. Really, I cannot think of anything to complain about!

Room Tip: Next time I might choose the one upstairs with the veranda.

PERFECTION!

The Inn on Randolph is just that, perfect. The only flaw was that we had to leave. We arrived at about 10:00 AM, well ahead of our check in time, but they took our bags and had everything waiting in our room for when we got back from our day of wine tasting. The rooms are decorated impeccably, and the details are done just right. Heated floors in the restrooms, walk-in shower with (2) shower heads, remote controlled ceiling fan, the list goes on. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were very nice and fresh!

I could go on for pages of text, but this place is as good as it gets. If you are going to Napa, stay here (unless its the weekend we are coming back, then I want to make sure we have a room!)

My fiance and I stayed in Fowler cottage for two nights just after Christmas last year. The property is beautiful-- everything is new and spotless. The room was very luxurious, featuring a large jacuzzi tub for two, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on! Fowler cottage is not attached to any of the other rooms or properties, so there's lots of privacy. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and the most amazing granola every morning.

The owners of the inn were away during our visit, but the staff we met were always very kind and accommodating, giving us helpful tips on what wineries to visit based on our tastes in wine and what restaurants we shouldn't miss.

Room Tip: While we loved the spaciousness and privacy of Fowler cottage, we found it to be pretty cold the further we moved away from the heaters located by the bed, and especially cold in the bathroom! As mentioned, we did visit at the end of December. If we returned in the winter we would stay in the main house and sacrifice some of the luxury of the cottages for warmth. If we returned in the summer we would absolutely stay in a cottage again!
