love love LOVE!
Recently renovated and absolutely stunning. Plus--the kitchen is completely gluten free--quite the bonus for my celiac husband. The food was delish, and the inn owner was incredibly helpful in making sure our vacation was a blast. Would absolutely recommend.

You can believe all of the wonderful things being said in the reviews. The Inn has been beautifully renovated. It is tasteful and modern, without the doilies and floral patterns I usually associate with B&Bs. Also, Karen is a charming host and very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and wineries !! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn on Randolph!!

We stayed at the Inn on Randolph as a side trip to a visit to San Francisco - and it didn't disappoint. The Inn has been very recently renovated (May 2012 reopening I think) - the whole place has been done. It's been done very well - stylish, fresh, welcoming. My husband commented that it was welcoming to men as well as women - no frills and fancies - just modern clean lines - so not your usual B&B / inn. Karen was very welcoming and helped us with everything - even ordering some of our own sheets - after you sleep in hers you'll want them too.

Our room was the Hannah Moore room - it was lovely - spacious, great bathroom etc. The only (very very very tiny) downside was that it is right by the front door - we heard some guests coming in one night, but to be honest they only go past the door for a few seconds.

The breakfasts were lovely and I think I overheard that they are all gluten free. They also cater well to vegetarians.

So overall, this was lovely - great location, very comfortable, great sheets, luxurious bathroom, welcoming hosts. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Hannah Moore room is right by the front door

Recently re-opened after new owners and months of remodeling, this charming and convenient inn was all that we had hoped for. Weeks before we arrived, Karen (the owner and manager) called me (!) to make reservations for wineries, restaurants, whatever we wanted, to make sure we didn't miss out. With her help, we set up winery visits, a driver, and two wonderful restaurants for dinner that were both within walking distance. That in itself enhanced the visit, and we haven't even talked about the Inn yet. Karen said that her husband's main input to the big remodel to was to insist that a man would not feel uncomfortable in the rooms. Mission accomplished. There, the attention to detail was remarkable; beautiful furnishings without a single doily, heated bathroom floors, wine for two waiting for us, individualized walking maps to the restaurants, even a complimentary small flashlight for the evening walk on uneven sidewalks! The breakfast were perfect, with high quality items well presented, and an emphasis on quality rather than quantity. I pointed out a minor discrepancy in the room, so that it could be repaired before the next guest, and it was fixed before we got back that evening. The only downside was we could only stay two nights. Now we know where we will stay next time.

Room Tip: Try to get one of the cottages; quiet, beautiful, roomy, with your own small lawn and patio!

Karen and her husband Dan have created the PERFECT Inn. Every detail has been thought out. Linens are great ( ordered my own and can't wait for them to arrive).
Delicious breakfast both days.
Beautiful garden spaces, lots of places to retreat alone or with your group.
Karen's warmth, passion and her fun spirit ... paired with a lovely place, made this a wonderful retreat for my family.I do hope to return one day...as the gardener!

Room Tip: Hannah Moore was great. The shower was great! Room was located in the front of the Inn, but remained...

Inn on Randolph was by far the best b&b I have stayed in. The decor was fresh & new - Bedding & linens luxurious. Outside the gardens were beautiful where hummingbirds & warblers can be spotted. Easy walk into town to dine or shop. Karen & her staff were attentive & friendly and fellow patrons were interesting to talk to. I'd highly recommend staying here & plan to return.

My family and friends refer to me as "the Hotel Snob". That being said, I have never felt more welcomed or "at home" anywhere other then my own house. Karen, the Innkeeper and her staff were truely amazing. They left no stone unturned. The entire Inn was spotless. The grounds were private and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. If you can, stay in the cottages. Fireplace in every room, heated bathroom floors plenty of windows and private outdoor sitting areas. I really can't say enough about this place, other than, it will be hard to go anywhere else and be as pleased. If you go to Napa and do not stay at The Inn on Randolph you have made a big mistake!!!

Room Tip: Cottages are private with your own outdoor sitting area.
