I took my mum to stay in a two bedroom apartment at Silverado Resort in Napa. It was great, just like it was described on their website. The apartment was clean and well appointed. You even get daily maid service! It's in the heart of Napa Valley with the city of Napa a short drive away and the wine country on your doorstep. I would definitely do this again.

A beautiful resort. The rooms were very clean and cute. The grounds were beautiful and kept so well. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the icing on the cake for our weekend get away in Napa.

We stayed at a three bedroom condo which was nice and useful over a busy weekend in Napa... the condo was about 1 mile drive from the resort and I am sure closer when walking on the golf trails. Our unit was clean and felt like a 1980's condo one would find in Tahoe. One King room One queen room and one smaller room with two twin beds. The bathrooms were clean and on the smaller side. The rooms/condos do not have washer and dryer units and ours did have a basic kitchen which we did see ants which was a issue if you left food out. I like the fact that this is a multi-room unit which worked for our family. The town of Napa is about a 10 min drive or 4+ miles to the south. When you check in you go to the hotel then they give you directions and a gate code to enter the area of the condo which as mentioned before 1 mile from the main hotel check-in.

I think for the price and location this unit worked for us. The residential area we stayed had not heated pool 3 min walk away and tennis courts 5 min walk away. The room had daily maid service but I am not sure if you can get room service for food since the area of our 'condo" is a distance from the actual hotel. I also believe you can call the front desk and have them transfer you to the main hotel via a Silverado Van .... I also think you can rent a golf cart for your stay as well.

These units are on the older side clean but older style. The units use keys not magnetic cards which is a bit old school , and we were only given one key when we requested at minimum three. Check out was on a busy sunday and between 11am and 12:30 there was a 10 min check out line. I would suggest an express checkout option, we just left the keys with the valet and assume they would figure it out.

Room Tip: if getting the rooms (multi-unit) get one near the hotel to use the amenities if not ask for one nea...

Our stay at the Silverado Resort and Spa was fantastic and very relaxing! All the condos at the resort are privately owned and managed by the Silverado Resort. Our One Bedroom Fireplace Suite with a Golf Course View condo overlooked the first hole of the North Course, (they have two golf courses).

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff who then escorted us to our home for the next four days. Every morning we enjoyed eating a great Eggs Benedict delivered to our door which we ate on our patio while watching the golfers hit their iron shots.

Our condo was very peaceful and the perfect size for the two of us. It seemed bigger than it actually was because it had mirrors along the living room and sliding glass doors out to the patio. The condo was very clean and well taken care of and the bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get out of every morning.

The location provided great access to the wineries along the Silverado Trail as well. Try the Castello di Amorosa for their Rosato di Sangiovese and the Del Dotto Vineyards for their Pinot Noir!

We recently spent 3 nights in a golf course view suite which had been newly renovated. There was a full kitchen, dining/living area with a large flat screen, glass doors viewing the golf course, patio with furniture. Bedroom had a very comfortable bed, modern bath, plenty of drawers, storage. The property is beautiful, the spa is excellent. Highly recommend.

Great room, great location. We enjoyed the tennis courts, very courteous tennis staff. The room was a tad dated, but we didn't care. It was huge with a kitchen! We did not eat at any of the restaurants, so cannot comment the food. Would recommend this resort.

We spent three nights at this resort in a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with relatives. We had a small golf course view. Our location was quite remote from the main building and facilities, so we were not able to enjoy any of the facilities. We did use the shuttle that was offered, but one morning we called, and they never showed up, so we took our own car and ate elsewhere.
I don't know, maybe it is a great resort for California, but for us Georgians, it was old, dated, and not very memorable. We would not return. It is one of those "conference" Hotels, that you would not choose for a vacation. oh well

I was disappointed in reading that your stay was not all that it could have been and that you felt we were just a conference hotel. We certainly always aim to exceed our guest's expectations and in this instance did not do that. We will take your comments and review them with our associates so we can be sure to offer a much better experience in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
