“Perfect except for some noise”
Reviewed March 23, 2010

Stayed in a king suite with two other guests and was immediately a bit surprised that there wasn't a door between the living room and bedroom. Thankfully not an issue for us. Everything was very new and clean, and the sofa and bed were very comfortable. Guest services staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great to have free wifi and hot breakfast in the morning, too.

The only issue for us was noise -- outside noise of cars/trucks driving through the parking lot (although part of that fault lies with the cars/trucks that rev up their engines in parking lots) as well as inside noise of plumbing and other guests. We discovered the walls were unfortunately thin when the guests next door to us decided to come home at 11:30pm and start singing (and what sounded like dancing/stamping on the tile floor of the bathroom area). We called the front desk and heard the phone ringing next door immediately, asking them to keep it down, and we didn't have a problem after that.

We stayed for 4 nights on our honeymoon in June of 2009. At first I wasn't sure about the location since I knew it wasn't really around much. This was true, but then I realized that you really have to drive everywhere anyway, so the location was fine.

The rooms were really nice, the pool was awesome, and the free breakfast was about as good as you can get! We got a lot of great tips from the bartender Sam, who even gave us a map and drew out a day's route for us and gave us coupons for tastings.

This is a very clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. The staff accommodated our every need during our stay and made us feel as though we were visiting close friends rather than staying in a hotel. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. The location is convenient, quiet, and easy access. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and tell all my friends and business associates to do the same.

Very nice hotel! The staff is friendly and accomodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with a large flat screen that rotates so that you can view it from the bedroom or the livingroom area. All rooms are mini-suites so there is a microwave and frig. A complimentary (not continental) breakfast is served every morning from 6-9....great spread...more than plenty. I especially enjoyed making waffles.

This hotel is on the outskirt of Napa but that makes it better because you are not in the middle of congestion. After wine tasting and touring all day long, have a nice dinner at one of the restaurants before heading back to the hotel. Then relax the rest of the evening or take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. There is a also a firepit near the pool area. There's a bar near the lobby area if you haven't had enough wine.

The only problem we had during our stay was that the doors to the rooms are heavy, therefore, you can hear the doors closing. We often heard the side entrance door close which didn't help. We asked to be moved to the top floor since we were too close to one of the entrance on the 1st floor. The staff was accomodating and assigned another room that morning. We had a winery tour at 10 and hadn't had breakfast yet and so they allowed us to continue with our day and later move our things when we returned. This would have meant that 2 rooms would be occupied. But they were accomodating since we didn't have time to pack up our room and move that morning. Thank goodness because it would have been added stress! Now that's service! Other hotels should model after the staff at Springhill Suites.

We will definitely stay again when we return to Napa!

We had a late check in a Friday night. The staff was extremely halpful and gave us maps to restaurants in the area. The hotel was beautiful, clean and every employee was gracious and friendly. This is by far one of the best experiences we have ever had in a
hotel.

Located near Napa airport, this hotel is very clean, quiet, comfortable. And if you have a car it's very convenient to the sites of Napa Valley, without having to be all caught up in the commercialism and congestion.

Hotel is fairly new. Rooms are mini-suite style. Big huge TV, couch, etc. Lobby has free hot breakfast in the mornings. Very comfortable, quiet place.

This hotel is designed beautifully and has clean, modern amenities. We reserved a studio with one king and a sofabed and we were traveling for leisure.

The hotel room had two flat screen TVs with lots of cable channels, a large bathroom with marble floors and granite countertops, a living room area, a bar, and a super comfortable bed.

The location is a bit isolated as it is far from any restaurants, shopping, etc. It is located next to a developing business park area. It would be ideal for a business traveler working nearby. The wi-fi is free so this was very nice.

The hotel rate was $170 even with a AAA discount so it's a bit spendy considering the quality is on par with the nice Holiday Inn where we stayed the night before. We would stay here again due to the cleanliness and nice amenities.
