I have been a customer of Andy Patel the owner of Crestview Hotel for the past two years. I use this Hotel because it was close to home. But all has changed this morning upon checking out.
It all started out when I came for breakfast. I was asked for my room number by a bus lady whom speak very little English, it was hard to understand her. I gave her my room number and preceded with breakfast. this lady walked over to the front desk to talk to Roshani, who was the front desk of a so call manager?
This manager had an Ipod stuck to her ears and fumbling with it said something to the bus lady.
Minutes later this bus lady came to my table and once again asked me for my room number. This time I asked her to go away. This made me feel as if i JUST CAME OF THE STREET AND STOLE FOOD FROM THE HOTEL! I tried to finish my meal but was finding it hard to enjoy my Saturday morning meal with INSULTS. As I prepared to leave this young manager Roshani with very little people skills or any skills for that matter, sitting at the front desk still with headphones to her ears again fumbling with the wire as she pulled it from her ears to speak to me.
Roshani began to address me very RUDELY as to suggest I apologies to the bus lady??? How absurd?! I told her if she feel I needed to be address she need to send her manager. Her unprofessionalism prompted me to bring this matter to the head of business. Just then the owner came walking in dressed in sweats and a baseball cap scruffy and unshaven. I began to tell ANDY PATEL the owner of Crestview Hotel the problems and conserns I was having with his staff . HE DID NOT ASK ME WHAT WAS MY CONCERN OR OFFER ANY USEFUL SOLUTIONS. At the end I was left with dis satisfied, hurt and no useful solution to satisfied my upset.
In conclusion I suggest staying away from this Hotel as hard earn money could be better spent some where else. And in places of busniess who understand HOSPITALITY and the art of addressing their long time patron.
I come to understand this Hotel does not need business as they have enough business. So people go some where else and spend your money.
