“Delicious, very reasonably priced”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

Cozy, friendly, small space. Nice place to visit with a friend or two. Delicious French pastries (after all the owner and sometimes chef is French), some American style desserts, too. Usually stop in once or twice a week. Friendly counter service. Great homemade soups, wraps, tasty pizza, yummy pot pies and breakfast specials. One of the top 3 restaurants in our small town for breakfast and lunch. Arrive by 1:00 for lunch. Breakfast is served until 11:30. Affordable. Fresh ingredients and dishes are cooked to perfection.

“Hot breakfast on a cold January morning”
Reviewed January 17, 2013

We enjoyed a hot breakfast on a cold January morning before setting off for a day of XC Skiing at the Mt. Shasta Nordic Ski area. My breakfast burrito was big enough for Oregonians and I could basically ski from mid-morning to mid-afternoon with only a Hammer Perpetuem energy drink. Not super fast service in that food is cooked to order, but refills of Peets coffee fills the time.

Coming back the next morning, we split a breakfast burrito (they have other great egg dishes too) and added a fresh pastry to the mix. After all their name includes "pastry".

Winter: Opens at 7:00. They also serve lunch, but we are on the XC ski trails mid-day.
